We Rise Above.

One day I was gifted with the anthem, affirmation and meditation ~

"We Rise Above"

And I thought to myself, 

"Wow, Ok...this is now time, 

for the Next Level."

Well, Here I am, Stepping Forward into another level, yet another year of personal healing, wellness and wholistic transformation.

2026 feels like the year for specific positive changes and significant elevation for all of us as a collective.

I truly believe we can all "Rise Above" every challenge, each and every day, if we simply make the choice.

What energies are we choosing each moment, each hour, each day, each month, each year. 

Time adds up quickly and suddenly all our tomorrows become yesterdays.

May we remember ~ 

to choose our energies wisely every day and walk with Love, Forgiveness, Kindness, Compassion and Care for 

ourselves, each other and All Our Relations. 

Let's affirm together ~ "We Rise Above"

We Can. We Will. We Did. We Are.

And We choose to ~ Rise Above.

And We Are Love ~ living with each new breath.
